Students

Students can request a bus pass for the 2025-2026 school year through OCTA's Youth Ride Free program. Students can pick up and return a parental request form form Ms. Anaya-Sanchez in the main office. Students can pick up their WAVE card 24 hours after turning in their form, after school from Ms. Anaya-Sanchez.

Student parking is only available to students with a parking permit. To purchase a permit, students must provide a filled out application, a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, current registration to the ASB Window. With a permit, student's may only park in their assigned parking spot.

Students can request transcripts for a variety of reasons. There are two types of transcripts; official and unofficial. Please make sure to request the appropriate type of transcript. Official transcripts are usually requested by colleges, grant and scholarship applications, and some employers. They are signed and sealed, and should be delivered unopened. Unofficial transcripts are usually requested by clubs, sports, and other academic-based programs. Applications almost always specify the type of transcript needed.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts can be purchased from Parchment. Please visit Counseling's Transcript page for more information. Students can also send official transcripts to future colleges through Xello.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts can be requested from the main office, the higher education center, or your counselor.

Students must have a completed Work Permit to work while attending school. Students can pick up a work permit from Ms. Martin in the main office. Once the permit is filled out and signed by the student, their parent, and their employer, student's will return the permit to Ms. Martin. The approval process will take 24-48 hours. Once the permit is approved, the student will receive an email or call slip to pick up their approved work permit.
