Principal's Message

As we begin the second semester, we are excited to welcome our students, families, and staff back to Segerstrom High School. As we celebrate our 20th year as a school, we invite our Jaguars to choose excellence, continue the legacy built by those who came before us, and approach this new semester with a renewed commitment to hard work and perseverance. The start of a new semester brings fresh energy, new goals, and meaningful opportunities to grow academically, personally, and as a school community.

Thank you to our students, families, and staff for your continued partnership and dedication. Let’s make this second semester one that reflects the very best of Segerstrom High School. Welcome back, Jaguars!

Jaguar Highlights

Strong Academic Foundations

Segerstrom High School continues to offer a wide range of rigorous academic pathways designed to meet the diverse needs and aspirations of our students. These include College Prep, Honors, Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment, and Advanced Placement courses, all aimed at preparing our Jaguars for success beyond high school.

High Graduation Rates & College Aspirations

With a graduation rate consistently between 98–99%, Segerstrom students are well prepared to pursue a variety of post-secondary pathways. Our college-going rate remains well above 85%, and strong participation in Advanced Placement courses reflects our ongoing commitment to academic excellence and opportunity.

Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathways

We are proud to offer hands-on, real-world learning experiences through our CTE programs. Jaguars can explore Design, Visual & Media Arts—including digital photography, video production, theater, and social media design—as well as Engineering and Architecture through Project Lead The Way. Our Education and Child Development pathway connects students directly to local elementary schools, allowing them to learn through meaningful, authentic experiences.

Vibrant Student Life & Campus Culture

Segerstrom’s campus culture continues to thrive through a wide variety of clubs, organizations, and activities. From Robotics, Drama, ASB, Key Club, Mental Health Awareness, and Academic Decathlon, to athletics, performing arts, and student-led events, there truly is something for every Jaguar. Our students consistently show pride in school traditions such as assemblies, dances, festivals, and spirit weeks that bring our community together.

Values That Define Us

At the heart of Segerstrom High School are the values that guide everything we do:

Resilience • Ownership • Achievement • Respect

Moving Forward Together

As we enter the second semester, our focus remains on providing effective instruction, supporting student well-being, and ensuring every Jaguar feels seen, supported, and challenged to grow. Together, we will continue to honor Segerstrom’s legacy while shaping its future.
